We are thrilled to be having Rachel Hamstra as our instructor this month! For if you don't know - Rachel is an incredible body worker specializing in unlocking body movement via understanding how you move. At nuance, Rachel will be guiding a class on how to unlock your core to better hear and make those small nuanced movements that are the bread and butter of ooey-gooey micro dances.

☀ NO STREET SHOES. Only dance shoes, socks, bare feet, or non marking shoes. There is plenty of space for people’s things.
☀ No lifts or aerials - (it’s a micro event).
☀ Keeping conversations under the music or outside the dance space.
☀ This is a non-alcoholic event.
